Allamakee County Auditor – Real Estate Clerk

The Allamakee County Auditor is accepting applications for a full time Real Estate Clerk.  Responsibilities include but not limited to: processing land division applications and splits/transfers of real estate, TIF calculations, tax statement preparation, budget review, assist with election administration and other general office procedures.  Preferred: real estate and legal description knowledge, basic accounting skills, experience with Microsoft Office and 10-key, strong organization and customer service skills. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
