POSTVILLE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRCIT SPECIAL ELECTION - APRIL 2, 2019 - Polls open Noon-8pm at Memorial Hall (aka Turner Hall)
*Absentee voting begins on March 4, 2019. Eligible voters living in the Postville Community School District may vote in-person in the Allamakee County Auditor's office, or may request an absentee ballot be mailed to them. Click/Print Absentee Request Form below, or contact the Auditor's office to have a request form mailed to you. We must have absentee ballot request forms received in our office by Friday, March 22, 2019 to be able to mail a ballot.
*In-person Absentee Voters are not allowed to carry a blank "official" ballot out of the Auditor's office. You must vote in the Auditor's office. The last chance to vote absentee in the Auditor's office is 11:00am on Tuesday, April 2 for the Postville CSD Special election.
*SATELLITE VOTING STATION - Tuesday March 26 from 3:00pm-8:00pm and Thursday March 28 from 3:00pm-8:00pm absentee voting will be available at Cora B. Darling elementary school, 312 West Post St, Postville, IA 52162. Ballots will be available for all voters living within the Postville School District.
**Voter registration forms will be available for new registrations and changes in registration.
